Cindy Wilkinson started her career as an accounting Associate working in Payroll, Sales Tax, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger. In 1989 she combined her skills and became a Full Charge Bookkeeper which led her to the position of Controller/Vice President of Operations. In 1997, Cindy obtained her Bachelors degree in Business Management at University of Phoenix in San Jose while working fulltime. Cindy became an active member of the American Society of Quality Assurance and gaining extensive ISO-9000 knowledge. After 9/11/2011, Cindy was laid off from her position that required extensive travel. In 2004, Cindy and her husband, Gary purchased property in Livermore and started their own business, G & C Services, LLC. The same year Cindy's husband was laid off after 22 years. Due to his layoff, Western Services, LLC was formed. Both companies grew over the years and became very successful. Move forward to today... Gary is ready for retirement, Cindy not so much. Both Western Services and G & C Services have been sold/closed as of Jan. 1, 2018 and Cindy is ready for her next career.
